"Great location and community. The lease staff is fantastic and they always have small events going on for holidays throughout the year. Apartments are spacious with new amenities and flooring. Each complex gets a covered parking spot right in front/near their apartment which has been very helpful during the winter months. I am very happy with my apartment and experience here."

"I had the best experience living here. I lived here 2.5 years--never had an issue. And if I ever had any questions--maintenance helped me at anytime 24/7--with lock outs, etc anything you may need. The leasing agents Mindy, Cindy and Marcia go above and beyond their call of duty-They are so nice, friendly and good people. Great location, nice apartments and friendly/quiet community. The Crown Colony staff are incredible. Every time I went to the office, whether it was to pick up a package or ask a question, everyone greeted me by name. The complex also has phenomenal upkeep; the grounds are kept beautiful and maintenance was at my apartment within the hour whenever I had a request. I would recommend Crown Colony.

I lived here for 5 years and have absolutely zero complaints. The apartments and amenities are very nice. The staff is responsive and helpful. And the neighbors are friendly and respectful. I loved my experience here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to rent in Topeka!
