The maintenance guys are all very experienced and have worked here for years. Their response time is usually same day. One time I had an immediate need and one of the guys came in on Saturday to help me. The office folks are superb. Crown Colony was my first apartment while I attended school. The staff were very helpful and the maintenance guys were very quick. They had many community activities to attend where I was able to meet my neighbors. I moved after graduation to KC, but I do miss this community. I would recommend it for many reasons.

The maintenance and office team at Crown Colony are amazing! Kind, supportive and responsive. Fun events are planned for residents, like drive by coffee and donuts on National Coffee Day, and event weeks where random apartments are chosen for a bit of decoration and a gift bag. The team builds community and you will love living here!
