The Crown Colony staff are incredible. Every time I went to the office, whether it was to pick up a package or ask a question, everyone greeted me by name. The complex also has phenomenal upkeep; the grounds are kept beautiful and maintenance was at my apartment within the hour whenever I had a request. I would recommend Crown Colony.

I lived here for 5 years and have absolutely zero complaints. The apartments and amenities are very nice. The staff is responsive and helpful. And the neighbors are friendly and respectful. I loved my experience here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to rent in Topeka!
